Refund Policy

• Credit Card, or Net-Banking payments will be refunded within 5 to 10 working days in the same Card or Bank account. It may also vary depending on the customers bank and payment gateway provider.
• Payments made via Cash will be refunded through NEFT transfer within 5 to 7 working days of receiving your NEFT details.
• In case of EMI transactions, the refund shall happen within 15 working days from the date of refund request.
• Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.
• For returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).
